The assistants and vet here are all informative and helpful. They are willing to work with you and find healthy solutions for your pet. The vet is kind and explains in laymen terms without the medical jargon. They have made their services available to both of our family pets (cat and dog) and took great care of pets when they were in need. Our cat was in an altercation with several raccoons and they performed surgery on him ASAP to save his life last year. I have a rescue dog and he has minor complications that they’ve helped with significantly. Would recommend this animal hospital. It’s also clean and relatively new building in a good location.

They were able to squeeze us in on short notice unlike other mid island vets. Service and rates were very good. Would recommend.

When I first got my tabby cat, seventeen years ago, she gott fixed and all her shots. Recently she passed away. The Doctor and staff at Duncan Animal Hospital, went beyond my expectations. They were so accommodating with phone calls and appointments. They were compassionate and caring with myself my son and our Sasha. I am very grateful to them.

Sadly when one can't get Veterinary care for an emergency then it just becomes a money machine. When people seem to make poor choices because they are backed into a corner either unable to get the help that's needed or what's needed is unaffordable. Do pets suffer and people lose face at a time they need a hand. This comment is aimed at all Vetrinarians.
