Never had any issues, always quick and friendly. Why people would get mad expecting them to provide tape and packing material for free is beyond me. Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency for someone else

I went to drop off a parcel with a pre-bought shipping label. I needed to borrow some tape to secure my parcel before having it shipped. The front desk (canada post) representative, Lyanne, said that to use tape I needed to donate money. Her reasoning was that because of covid, she cannot give tape until I donate (which made no sense at all). At the time, I had no change so I told her I couldn’t. She then said she can’t tape my parcel, which was ridiculous so I was forced to donate money using my credit card. I left feeling mistreated and confused to why I was charged money. Other Canada Post offices do not charge money for tape, and “donations” do not mean forcibly charging people money. This is probably the worst Canada Post experience yet.

They are so rude and don’t ever answer the phone. I was there to drop a package off for a amazon return and they told me I could leave it on the counter with the print out of the return on top of the box. I should have never just left my package there because I still have not gotten my amazon refund which means they still have not received my package. I call to see what’s going on but what would I even say there’s no tracking number I have nothing. They straight screwed me over so badly.
