I don’t really even know where to start ! This place is under staffed and the ladies working at the counter make u feel very uncomfortable, with the snarky remarks and rolling of eyes they don’t really make you feel very welcome. Along with that, if you drop off a pre paid parcel they will purposely hold it back from checking in on purpose just to be rude as I had someone wait in line up and it checked in immediately, when I called to confront they gave me a bunch of excuses I know are not true , tracking doesn’t check in for 24 hrs ... which is completely false !! If you’re running a business like myself I suggest u find a different spot as they’re lack of customer care will reflect on your customers.
