Horrible service. My husband and I went up the counter to return a cable box that we were told to just “bring it in “. At the desk they informed us that we need a box in order to send it, so as we have a baby with us, we decided to just save the trouble of going back home to grab a box just buy the box on site. After fifteen min worth of I don’t know what is causing the delay, another lady comes over to tell my husband “you need to buy a roll of tape too and I’ve asked the previous lady, she said she already told you that.” IF she did say so then why didn’t she mention that he’s missing the tape when he was paying for the box??? So we ended up buying a small useless box and still couldn’t send the item out because of how they misinformed us and wouldn’t admit their error.

Awful service. There was a lineup when we’ve been told they were closing. Still had 15 minutes till time to close.

Friendly staff at the Canada Post in Shoppers Willoughby. Love getting my mail there. Fast and efficient never usually a wait. Also good hours for my PO Box can access it 7 days a week.

They always close minutes before the alleged open times. Either stay open or change your hours.
