A big thank you to Northwood Roofing for repairing our roof leak that we had earlier this week. They had Mike out to our place shortly after I called and he was able to check out the issue, inform me of what had to be done, get the parts from their shop and then repair as required all in the same afternoon! He did a great quality job and the cost was very reasonable too! We will definitely contact Northwood Roofing for any future roofing needs that we may have and will recommend to all of our friends and family. Both Mike and Crystal were awesome to deal with - Thanks again!

This project only needed a single roof vent connection installed for an Upscale Downsizing project. Northwood was recommended. I received a prompt and positive call-back from Matt. We came to terms easily. I received a confirmation on the ETA from the installer who also got the work done satisfactorily and very promptly. This is what good service looks like. They are flagged in my contacts for the next time roofing is called up. Thanks Matt and team!

We had a leak and Jesse was very thorough in pinpointing what the cause was and letting us know what the best remedy was. Very courteous and professional and he and his crew did a bang up job with the repairs. And a shout out to Crystal in their front office who was very responsive and great to deal with for scheduling. Just wanted to share our great experience that we had with Northwood Roofing ( NWR). Specifically with Eric who took so much interest and solved our roof issues like it was his own. We replaced our roof 6 months ago and was so disappointed with the work completed by the previous roofer. I contacted NWR and Eric came immediately to have a look at our roof. He made suggestions and guided us on how to proceed and rectify our roof issues. Since this was time sensitive he made sure to schedule our work and prioritized the job. Bryan and his crew were exceptional. I have never seen such a bunch of hard working people who were knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do. I am now confident that we will not have a leak and go through our winters without having to worry about the roof. I had Solar Roof vents installed on my home and my coach house. Mike was the person responsible for initially consulting with me and he also did the Installation. He was most informative about the product and how it would serve me well as my roof space was extremely hot. He was very thorough and knew exactly what had to be done and did it most proficiently.
