What a great experience having Paul and his team work on our house. Our place was getting pretty green and grimy and they turned it into new again. The place looks amazing. Great customer service and friendly guys! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, I feel like I can trust them with any job!

This company gave me a quote over the phone & the receptionist seemed to understand my request of a truck based vacuum to vacuum off the roof debris & on top of the gutter screen without getting debris on the exterior ground & without damaging my plants. However the crew missed several appointments & did not come with a truck based vacuum system as requested. I had to phone & repeated my job request several times. At the end one guy came with a big portable vacuum system with extendable hoses said this job doesn't need a truck based vacuum to do the job I wanted. Attitude not friendly ( he knows best attitude) & said there would be debris on the exterior ground, said that is to be expected for this type of job. While he was setting up I reminded him to be careful of my rose bushes which were located besides where he was putting his portable vacuum. He said OK & proceeded without moving his vacuum system. While he was connecting the extended hoses on the roof, the hose was moving & damaging the rose bushes . I tried to move the hose away from the rose bushes by putting a chair in between the hose & the rose bushes. Paul the worker came down the roof & collected his stuff ready to leave while saying that I was endangering his safety & I should get somebody else to do the job. I said I was just trying to protect my plants by helping to move the hose. He said it was still my fault for making his job a risky business & left. I was just speechless & would never Reccommend this company. Victoria from Surrey BC
