We have had always great experience with maritime travel, Abbotsford branch and especially Langley branch, with Katherine... now is more than 10 years of traveling with her professional help and friendly advices.... always on the same page...happy to share own experience. would prefer to leave no star - Jenna Matthews is NOT recommended she changed plans for a wedding party, letting some guests cancel at that time and others not, I have a medical condition to not travel. Everyone was refunded and told to reput the deposit down - we were not refunded - our insurance was not refunded , at this time without being told we had to pay again the deposit to get refunded for the insurance and than would be refunded the deposit after. Completely mislead, and lied to. And still out over 500$ - DO NOT BOOK HERE

What a great team here in Langley. They set us up with a fabulous Hawai'i trip at a great price and were very patient with our changes and questions. So much easier (and cheaper) than trying to book on line.

We met Jenna in October 2017 at a Wedding Fair we went to in Vancouver. There were several booths for destination wedding specialists, but Jenna really took the time to connect with us and made our interaction very personalized. We worked closely alongside her for the next year and a half planning our destination wedding. We spent months researching resorts, where Jenna worked on getting quotes for our group and recommended places based on what we were looking for. She helped send out our invitations, handled our entire group (30 people) booking and answered everyone's questions in a professional and timely manner. I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without Jenna through the planning process. She made everything stress free and always had my back every step of the way. We had never been to the Caribbean side of Mexico before and put all our trust into Jenna's suggestions. We just arrived home on Sunday from our 05.15.2019 wedding and I don't even have words for how PERFECT everything was. The resort (Sandos Playacar) was everything we had hoped and more and the wedding day went flawlessly. All of our guests raved about how it was the best trip of their lives. We will definitely be coming to Jenna for all our future trips and I cannot recommend her enough to any brides searching for a destination wedding specialist.
