After receiving a travel voucher for an employment service award, my husband had an awesome idea to spend Hallowe'en weekend at the Banff Springs Hotel (since border crossing isn't possible right now). After not having much luck with online information, I used the online chat service, which responded with All representatives busy. But they would reply via email to any question I had. And the person who responded was Brett Siborne. He was able to book everything we wanted, when we wanted and was a pleasure to work with. Quick, professional. He's 6 stars, if that was possible. Erin has been so helpful! She's been so patient and willing to provide any additional options and information that I request. She's replies so promptly and has been really transparent, reliable and forthcoming with honest advice about everything. There's been no pressure yet is willing to help in whatever way needed and made great, personalized recommendations based on our needs. Highly recommend using Erin/flight center. This is my second time using flight center and only great experiences. With complicated trips I've managed to save lots of money which is great. Only thing to keep in mind is that sometimes (depending on flights, hotels, resorts) you can find prices cheaper online so make sure to compare.

I've been trying to reach someone for the past week and no one returns messages and now the mailbox is full. Please answer your phones and call people back!! I fully understand reduced staff during the lock down, but this is very frustrating. ** Latisha was very helpful and my issue has been resolved.

Bobby is absolutely amazing! Always super delightful to work with. He is very knowledgeable, persistent and organized with everything involving our trips. Every time we have had any questions or concerns he has responded in a timely manner with tons of information. Thank you!

Katherine Skittrell at the Cottonwood Mall location was very easy to communicate with and found what we were looking for. She identified great options in our price range and worked with us as we had a somewhat complicated schedule. We will definitely go back to her for our next vacation. Thank you Katherine
