I usually do not write any google reviews, but because of my recent experiences I would like to give some feedback. With the last two visit. This service rep named Harp is very unprofessional and rude. He declined my requested. Did not show any willingness to help. No empathy. Ignored me and would not keep me informed of status update. Does not treat me like a valued customer. Unacceptable customer service. For other reasons I had to return for another appointment last time. I just want to emphasis that the representative named Earl was very sweet and helpful. He was very friendly and professional. Respects customers. He apologized with good manners and empathy.

My second visit to this Mazda location was a lot better then the first.

Had an regular service on my SUV, did it well I waited. I did have an appointment. Were done in the time they said they would and washed my vehicle too!

I would highly, highly, highly reccomend working with Glenn! After a not so great experience at another dealership, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to go back to one. But, this changed when working with Glenn, who was so caring and easy to work with. He made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the process, got me the best deal possible, and also followed through on everything he committed to. Hands down - deal with Glenn! And to Glenn, thank you so much again! I am so happy with the purchase of my new 2019 Mazda CX-3! Zoom zoom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Gave the salesman (Nirm) my budget and he exceeded my expectations . Very happy with my purchase and choice of dealership.
