There was a young lady, possibly owners daughter who was extremely friendly and helpful; had a nice chat with her and she deeply cared about my shopping experience.

Customer service is severly lacking, thought it was not like this years ago. I went in a few weeks ago, followed the hand sanitizer protocols etc. No issues there. I haven't been to this location in a few years so I browsed the open fridges. Turned around to a solemn-faced middle age woman. I simply asked her if they still carried cabbage rolls. I was met with a loud SIGH, eyeroll "how many do you want?". No problem with the store, but they need to replace employees that can't properly provide customer service.

I have never had a beef filet Wellington so tough. I could not eat it. Very disappointed.

Sign on the door says open 9 AM. Website says open 9. Google says open 9. Closed, nobody home at 9:15. What a waste of time, went to Save-On instead.

So many of my favourites! I wish they didn't close the burquitlam and Como lake locations, but grateful for this one! Staff is always kind and the good is consistently great.
