Bute Street Veterinary Clinic

Always love the ladies here and my animals seem to like the vet I keep hearing about my oldest kitty purring when she goes in to get her shots.

I discovered my dog had chewed open a bottle of ibuprofen and immediately called the first vet clinic that came to mind, Bute Street. After a brief hold, I was told to give the dog a teaspoon of salt to make him vomit, and then call the emergency clinic in Nanaimo to arrange to get him there. Bute Street is blocks away from me; Nanaimo is an hour away, but they wouldn't see my dog in an emergency because they were "booked up" already!

Very helpful and looked after our babies for their first visit. 😻

I buy my dog food and flea treatment here.., no complaints
