CARGO CHAIN

These guys did what they said they were going to do with no deviation. They were on time, all movers showed up and they were courteous. They handled all of our items with care, wrapped all furniture and used blankets. They were a fantastic decision for our move. I would highly recommend this moving company for your move!

Used cargo chain last week to move some stuff out of my monsters in laws house. The movers were timely, kind and professional. Unfortunately they had to deal with monster in law and she was incredibly rude to them but they were still professional (they shouldn’t have to deal with that, but they did). I just wanted to say thank you so much for making a stressful situation less stressful. 10/10 would use and recommend them again.

*UPDATE* - The owner did follow up rather quickly and when the situation was explained, he offered to reimburse some of what was paid as we discovered further damage to not only our items but the flooring of the place we just started renting. He did follow through his promise to reimburse. That was appreciated and appropriate but it is a shame that it happens (good teaching/coaching situation for employer and employees) when the owner says he goes to great lengths to train and instruct the movers and of course social media has great impact. The fact the owner honoured his word is commendable and promted me to change my review and rating upwards. Also it showed he is being genuine and on the level so with that said we would consider them for their services in the future. Promises to change followed by actual change is worthy of another opportunity. A wrong made more right. (End of update) ORIGINAL POST---2 of the 3 guys were ok..a little chatty for movers...paying to move things not socialize..lazy is not a good attribute for movers...but the 3rd young guy had a bad attitude and was sloppy and clumsy with a lot of our items. In fact he kept putting our furniture in dirty areas which led to damage in our new unit on the floors as well irreparable damage to our fridge and my wife's art easel. Extremely disappointed especially considering the money spent. Under no circumstances would I ever utilize this company again and would absolutely NOT recommend to anyone else. First movers we used in Kamloops also caused some damage and the owner actually reimbursed for some of the repair costs to the rental unit. No such acknowledgement and when you have to keep reminding each other to be careful with things and not put belongings in dirt, you are not professional, not good quality and sorely lacking in accountability, organization and leadership/management
