My shipment has been at the local branch for a week now and when you call for a delivery time they say they dont have a driver.

I have had several big deliveries since moving to Kamloops this year and I'm so impressed with the customer service. They really go out of their way it seems and I appreciate that. Today was my first time visiting the warehouse and it was the same thing, great, fast service.... And the forklift driver was obviously very experienced, I can see how they stay on time with things!

Bad service, the person answering the phone was rude. I would give them less than one star if I could. Horrible. Wish I could give no stars... Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Truck driver was so rude. Truck driver even didn't have a dolly.
