I've been waiting for them to deliver my Parcel and its going to be 4 days LATE. Its even in town already. It takes them a day to try and "deliver" then it says they have to hold my package to verify my address, then it takes a complete day for them to re-process my package. Then the day after they FINALLY retried to deliver in which nobody showed up. Again. So im gonna have to wait another full day for them to process this package before they attempt to deliver once more. So that would be 4 days and even then I don't know if they will show up again. I havent received any calls or anything about whats happening, I can't even call the local store to even ask them to hold the package so I can pick it up. This is frustrating.
Staff is really generous and helpful.
Fast efficient and friendly
I love this location! I get all my mail delivered here through flex delivery, and it’s an actual pleasure to come into this location. All of the staff know my name, are INCREDIBLY friendly, and are always quick. Who knew it could be genuinely enjoyable to go to the post office!
The kind of place that offers you Xpress post so your package arrives earlier for a particular day when they know it wouldn’t get there at that time but just because they want your extra money, they offer you the service anyway. Very dishonest
