Half an hour to pickup 1 parcel. 2 tills 1 staff member. Post office has been understaffed for about a year. I told them time and again to staff their post office. Still nothing, always a lineup. What do I pay taxes for?

Staff were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The extended hours and location are both very convenient. And the ambiance is much less depressing than other postal service outlets in Kamloops.

Line-ups can be a bit on the long side, but staff is friendly, and late hours are very convenient for pickup and shipping.
