Had a awesome experience planning my wife's trip to NYC with her sisters. Colleen was very informative and bent over backwards to get me the best deals on flights and hotel. Shelley is super easy to work with & very knowledgeable. She helped up with all of our questions & provided guidance in all areas needed. She is very professional & extremely friendly. I never felt over sold or under sold. I am always happy when I have travel plans because I know she is there to help when I need it. Thank you Shelley for providing excellent customer service & educated advice, especially during these uncertain COVID times of travel & vacations. We were in Kamloops before the new office space opened (did a drive by & it looked very modern, clean & openly inviting) & cant wait to check it out in person when visiting Kamloops in the near future.

I have worked with Kelly and her team for years now and just had yet another great experience! They always work so hard to find the perfect vacation for my wife and I and are never bothered when we are a little particular with some details. Never make us feel like a pain, which is really nice. I’d never go anywhere else for vacation planning, or dare try and plan my own. Thanks again for the best customer service! And I love the new office!

Kelly and her team are amazing! Customer service is so important in this industry and they go above and beyond answering all your questions and following up to make sure you are taken care of. I have and will continue to recommend family to Expedia in Kamloops because I know they will be looked after!
