Great Vets. Staff hit and miss.

They serve natives last

Super fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable staff. They are open 7 days a week. That says how much they care right there. I feel secure in all 3 of my pets health going here.

I started going here since I moved to the North Shore. I can say that I am not impressed at all. The main dark haired assistant at the counter is not friendly and comes across as impatient and rude. I walked in with my mask on a few weeks ago since there were no signs saying "do not enter." There were two other people inside being helped by this woman. She immediately turns to me and says "No no, you can't be in here. You need to go back outside. We aren't allowing customers inside because of covid. Outside please." She shoos me out, locks the door behind me, and proceeds to chat with the two customers inside. So I was definitely a little confused at this and felt embarrassed. I've never even met the main vet before, I just get my cat back and a debit machine shoved in my face with little to no information on treatment plans or how procedures went. You need to tell the receptionist she needs to be more hospitable because her attitude and demeanour is extremely off-putting because I will most likely be returning to the south shore vets from now on.

Such an amazing staff so caring and so supporter during the most difficult time I have experienced in a long time. They took care of my fur baby with care and kindness up until his final moments . I'm forever grateful
