Anyone can join and enjoy success here. I have fun at the Shop Gym and everyone is working hard and the coaches are delivering efficient work outs. there is definitely a community feel within the group and everyone is encouraging and supportive to newbies.... its where you belong!

I’ve found a great community of uplifting (pardon the pun! 😆) friends! Always an encouraging word to keep me working hard, as well as having fun! Love the WODs, I just have to show up and work hard, no planning necessary.
