This gym is what i think about when i think of the perfect gym. I started going there at the start of July and didn't regret it. The energy in the gym is awesome, the gym maintains all desired machines and equipment's, and everyone treats you as family there. Coach Tony was my trainer there and he is just awesome, he was eager to help and will take time with you. Also he understands what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. I will definitely be returning for round two.

I've been a member since day 1 and I would never look back. The small private gym is perfect and you make your workouts more efficient by not having to cross through dozens of peoples paths and equipment to get to another machine. This is a gym where you actually do matter, and you are family. If you actually want a place to care about your health and about you, this is the space to be in.

I struggled for a couple years with depression and really needed to get back on track. I first met Mercedes at the Y and followed her to One Family Fitness. And I am very thankful that I did, she's absolutely amazing! The gym is 24 hrs which accommodates my weird work schedule and night owl tendencies, and the staff and other clientele are incredibly friendly and motivating! I feel confident going in there and making my goals because the trainer's are so helpful and motivating! It truly does feel like we are all one big happy family! It's the first time in a long time I stay longer than I need to at a gym! And I will say this, I have been happy, hopeful and motivated ever since! Thank you Dino, Mercedes, and everyone at One Family Fitness!

I joined One Family Fitness 6 months ago after turning 50 and receiving an osteoporosis diagnosis. Coach Dino is super knowledgeable and has been great in guiding me in my strength training journey. I love the location and the staff are really nice. I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish in the next 6 months!

Great community! Big gyms can not give you this kind of experience. Dino, trainers and staff are very welcoming and supportive. Dino and the trainers are very effective in helping you achieve your goals. I highly recommend One Family Fitness. Come down to check this unique gym.
