I absolutely love 9Round. It's such a fast, easy, and fun way to get a full body workout. I don't have to think about what to do since it's all planned. The trainers are great for making sure I'm doing it right and keeping me going. I love kickboxing!

I enjoy the experience at 9Round. No waiting, and it doesn't feel like I'm working out. Working out for the sake or working out has always been a bore and difficult for me. At 9Round I am having fun! It conveniently doesn't take up to much time either. I have already gotten my wife to join too. Every staff member here has been either good or excellent. My only suggestion is to expand the hours. I work shiftwork so it would be nice if it was open Sundays, even just for the afternoon since it's sometimes hard to get at least 3 workouts a week.

Amazing workout in only 30 minutes. Excellent trainers as well. I highly recommend 9Round.

I have absolutely loved being a 9Round member! One of the best things is not having set class start times. I like the convenience of being able to start my workout as soon as I arrive and get ready to go. I also like how the trainers are so encouraging and supportive! They are the best!
