Shapes has the friendliest staff and the gym is very clean. The equipment is well maintained and although it is smaller, all the essential equipment is there. I love that it is women's only and accessible 24/7. Shapes has helped me to greatly improve my physical health, emotional health, fitness and boost my confidence.

Such a nice gym with very nice equipment and fitness classes. Also the customer crevice is amazing! The young receptionist Shaleny was super kind and helpful!

Very impressed with the way the staffs are handling the cleaning and rules that applies due to covid-19. Staffs are very professional and always very helpful, I needed some info recently and called in and spoke with a young lady ( Shalinie) who was very courteous and informative.
