I have always found the staff friendly and professional. It's a very clean gym with a great variety of machines and equipment. I was wary of working out with a mask on so I made the call today and was able to put a hold on my membership for 3 months no hassle at all. Just being polite gets you pretty far.

The facilities are always so clean! Love the smoothie bar and also having starbucks there definitely helped rather than having to drive to another location before work. The staff are very friendly and are willing to give you helpful tips for your fitness journey. The rock climbing wall & course is so fun as well!

The gym takes care of its members and cleanliness during these tough times. The whole staff is very welcoming and especially the staff that clean and sanitize the equipments. One person in particular that has been very friendly and has been doing a wonderful job is Mehran, who’s been taking care to sanitize the equipments well, keeping a friendly demeanor, all the while working his very best at the gym.

Beautiful facility! Their equipment is top notch and there is a good selection of fitness classes. There is a smoothie bar and you can earn points for free smoothies. The climbing gym is so fun for kids and adults alike! Definitely apply for a free trial and see for yourself if it's for you - one of the best gyms in Winnipeg!

A beautiful gym with amazing people. The place is so incredibly lovely, its hard to describe. The floors and everything about this gym looks amazing, so I truly appreciate the custodians for keeping it so clean! Thank you Merhen and everyone else! :)
