Love the workouts! The coaches are fantastic motivators and they make 100 squats fun.
The guided workout with a coach pushes me to work harder than I would on my own.

I love the variety of the workouts at OTF, each day you go is something different, exciting, and challenging. I love the pace of the workouts and rotating through the different stations. At the end of an OTF workout it’s only 60 minutes but it feels like you’ve done a full weeks work of activity! As a doctor it certainly makes fitting short intense workouts into my busy schedule a breeze. The coaches and staff at Bridgwater are absolutely fantastic! They are so welcoming and have great energy to motivate you through tough workouts! They have also kept the studio so clean during the pandemic which has made me feel safe to keep attending class. Thank you OTF Bridgwater!!
If you are looking for a way to transform your body and life, then look no further. I am a happier person when I work out here in the mornings. The staff are friendly but not overly friendly because they have things to sell. You don’t have to worry about what exercise plan to follow as it’s all instructor led. If you have a busy lifestyle and no time to waste figuring out which machine works for your body, this is the right gym for you. There are 24 hours in a day, your body deserves just one!
