I contacted FNP by email late July. It has been 11\2 months with no resolution to my request after multiple emails. I asked for the manager's contact information and it was not provided. Negative experience and a waste of my time.

Beware of this parking company, they ticket you at random with no valid reason. Scammers

They ticketed me by mistake, have been trying to contact them for a week, by phone (7 times) and email and all I got was voice messages. They never called me back or tried contacting me.

Amazing customer service! I was issued a ticket due to a parking meter not working (it wouldn't take my bill). I explained to the customer service rep that this was the case and she voided my ticket! Amazing!!!
