Easy to get to strip mall on good bus routes. It's got a great salon a casual restaurant and a few takeout options. There's also a gas bar if you're into that sort of thing. The "walk-in" clinic is not very good (not really a walk in, just an unpopular doctor who often has open slots) but there's a normal walk-in clinic just south down Pembina.

Went to see Laura at Hat Trix. I love it there! Hair stays bright and colorful for months after having it died. This time I went green, yellow and orange.

Well located strip mall with decent parking. Tim's, Smittys, a fish and chip shop that's pretty nice. Theres an outlet for sleep apnea equipment, a high end shoe store and a Dyson equipment outlet. The parking lot connects with the lumber yard next door.
