Patterson was the seller’s law firm on the purchase of our farm. Patterson’s documents contained multiple errors in Property Identification Numbers (PIN), addresses, etc. I have hard copies of these. Documents are sent back and forth for corrections, costing us large amounts of money because either 1) Patterson Law is attempting to inflate their invoice (and thus ours and the buyers too as ALL are charges by the hour) and/or 2) Patterson Law is incapable of handling a simple real estate matter. Either way, the basic reason you hire a law firm is for accuracy. Go elsewhere to save money and heartache. Feel free to contact me (doesn’t it appear suspicious that reviews here are either perfect or some version of bad?).
