I went to ask a question but I ran into a wall. The lady at the entrance could not even tell me if the procedure I was going through could be resolved at that branch. He told me that I had to stand in line and that when I arrived he would tell me whether or not this procedure could be done there.

Look for a payment arrangement to be able to work and even if I pay 900,000 I cannot collect bills because up to a month they resolve me. Can you help me by paying something more to appear clean

It's amazing what it takes to get a call answered; Unfortunately every month I need the service to verify the amount of a payment arrangement to send to pay by check and they do not answer. It is filthy service

Going to this branch is an ordeal, the building is uncomfortable, ugly, without ventilation and the service is similar, bad, slow and the phone is NEVER answered, in addition to having an inaccessible schedule for those of us who work and they tell you to go personally. How is it that in the digital age they cannot facilitate online procedures? Maybe this way the large number of people that there always are will not arrive and improve the service a little.
