That branch could be CLOSED and nothing happens. The service is terrible, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, if you arrive at the building the guard is the one who tells you that you have to send an email and nobody answers the email. They could learn from the service that JUPEMA provides there if there is efficiency and willingness to work. Most of the CCSS employees are lazy.

Rather than share an experience, I must make a suggestion to the administration since that phone number never answers both on platforms as well as on other services, although the extension sounds unoccupied

It is incredible that one cannot have access to the information, the telephones do not answer them, the emails they give neither, the Sicere online chat does not exist, it is enabled but there are no personnel to attend the chat. I go to the branch and the guard is rude, she yells at you for nothing (she is Nicaraguan) they don't let you enter the branch and the only one who gives the information is her and it is terrible. It is impossible to access someone who tells you something real, I am looking for how to join my voluntary insurance and YOU CANNOT ACCESS SOMEONE WHO TELLS YOU THE REAL PROCEDURE, THERE ARE NO PERSONNEL. After that the branches close at 12:00 noon. I mean, does someone explain to me what these officials do ???? They do nothing and outside there are thousands of people looking for answers and it does not exist because in the Ebais nobody knows anything either. This is very frustrating. It is incredible that in an institution as large and important as the CCSS even the guards yell at you for no reason, how is it possible that they cannot even hire trained personnel for the administrative area ??? Nobody is kind EVER, they can't attend at least neutral they always have to speak rude and treat you like nothing. It is expected in doctors and nurses without vocation but in guards? Secretaries ?? I honestly don't understand

They do not answer the phones, and the extension of the service platform provided by the central is wrong because dialing 1 automatically cuts the call. I am urged to know about my son's disability and there is no way that they will help, very bad on the part of the institution.
