Santa Marta has tremendous selection. I can find things here that I can't source anywhere else in San Isidro. It is small and extremely popular so sometimes very busy. But they have lot's of attendants. They don't have parking but you can park on the street. Reasonable prices.

It is the place where you find most of its cheapest products elsewhere. In addition and most importantly, your doctor has years of attending in this place, I know from my own experience and confirm that he is a good doctor.
