The service leaves a lot to be desired. I lost 50 thousand colones and now I have a super slow laptop. I have written to them and they do not respond. I should have gone somewhere else. When they finally answer me, it turns out that they are xenophobic because I am a foreigner. That they only serve the Costa Rican market.
