STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You have caused our family a tremendous amount of stress., you let the home we signed for get booked by someone else thru AIRBNB more than a week after we signed lease and sent credit card authorization. I understand things happen but it was not handled properly, we had a signed legal document for this house. Once we noticed that the house we reserved was booked online for some of the nights we had already reserved and was confirmed, we immediately reached out to you several times with multiple, texts, calls, and email. You took more than THREE WEEKS to respond. When you finally answered one of our many calls weeks after you stated that a mistake was made on your end (however tried to minimize the error). You offered us a non comparable rental to the one that we had reserved and then said we could move the original house in the middle of our Dad's surprise 60th birthday celebration vacation. We had no offers to even compensate one night for the mistake that was made by you. There was no real urgency on your part to fix the issue. Multiple times you said you would call the other renters and call us back. You never attempt to reach out to us or follow up or even seem to care that an error was made. Once again we chased you for several more weeks to finally get you to answer or calls. The people who booked it after us, either should have been cancelled or told the home was actually not available and they could move, as they only needed two nights and we had booked and signed for five nights! If we would not have brought it to your attention I am 100% positive we would have not had a place to stay when we arrived in Costa Rica, which would be a horrible way to surprise my dad for his birthday.
