It is a small office, for ticket sales, collection and delivery of parcels. The information on bus schedules is confusing, there is no well-exposed information on their itinerary. The signs are messy, fill the wall with a lot of signs, placed in an unaesthetic way. There is a small waiting room too small and unsuitable for social distance due to covid-19. It lacks park areas, nor does it have accessibility for wheelchairs.

The bus service is good, the buses are very comfortable but the customer service is horrible. On different occasions I have had to wait a long time for parcels etc. And at the same time they take you in reluctantly. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

If acceptable ... only you have to demand that you activate the air conditioner because this area is very hot.
