Medicines in Costa Rica are expensive, but Santa Lucía Pharmacies are among those that offer the cheapest prices. A suggestion: if you are foreigners, use a pharmacy product and have the possibility of looking for alternatives, look for the "la bomba" group pharmacies. They are the cheapest at all in the country;)
