Decent prices and selection and could be a 4 star except a big disappointment in "customer experiene" First was when we went in to finalize a purchase of a Refrigerator, Dryer and Stove..... last minute loss in the price of the first negotiation. Typically I would have just left and started over but did not really have the time to start over. Second was delivery: We have now been waiting during a move with nothing to do but sit here and "wait"........ items were due at 10am. We called at 10:30am and they had no idea about the delivery. Delivery location is only about 4 blocks away and they have told me 20-30 min for so far about another 1.5 hous - still waiting.
