Don’t have your products repaired here. I went in to have my phone battery replaced and it took them almost 6 hours. They told me 3 hours so then I went back to pick it up after 4 hours and they had not even started. Then it took almost another 2 hours more. They are also not very knowledgeable. I am very disappointed that Apple uses iCon!

+ Brought my MacBook Pro for repairs and service was excellent at drop off and at pickup. - They had to order parts to fix it and I was told the package was stuck at customs. I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get my computer back and working. (And this was the second time I had to get it fixed for the same problem, but that is Apple’s fault not the store’s.)
