They should be 8:30 AM opening type you know that the entire population works lasted and with. Quite complicated schedules to carry out a procedure with you and with that schedule they have. I don't know how they have clients, they should be more accessible to the public with a schedule of at least 8:30 AM

I really do not understand why they offer a service that they do not give, you have the option of western for international tours, on 3 occasions I have gone and they deny me the service for lack of system, how strange it is to the competition and there is always a system and the transaction can be made, what I hope is that the people who work in Escazu show the displeasure to attend this service and that is the suspicion, saying that there is no system. They are not friendly at all
