Very bad I am here at the interline stop where it is here in Guadalupe in front of the National Force and Light company and how is it possible that after half an hour of waiting for the interline the driver passes does not even stop so that one I can pass the few that we reached and open the back door and a man climbs a passenger. Better said several passengers men got on. And we who are here, the ladies, the elderly women, the older people, we couldn't get on the bus here, left the bus board and this just happened right now 14778 I hope you take action on the matter since here we have many older people, many women who want to come to their homes to share the little time they have left with their children.

Terrible service. Buses run every 40-50 minutes when they should run every 20, depending on the schedule.
