Easy to find. Very big and lots of buses coming and going. Buy a ticket at the ticket counter (idk why I didn't realize I had to do that but it was very easy and I used US dollars). If you don't know what the route is that you're looking for, ask someone. Lots of taxi drivers here too if you rather go that way.

There you can find some stores. Recommend to go with somebody that speaks Spanish, because the customer service can't help you; do not speak understandable English and will not let give you tips, advices or information that you need to know about a trip. They just are going to repeat the name of the place you ask for and the price of the ticket. On Sundays you have to pay directly to the bus driver.

Someone came up to me and helped me with a direction. Not only once but pretty much every time I go there, there is always someone willing to help.

Large terminal with lots of restaurants and fast food options, as well as street vendors. Bathrooms charge, about 300 colones.
