Stopped in for a cup of coffee and to purchase some due to the high reviews we read. As others said the owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a great product you don’t need all of the bells and whistles- this is that place. Be sure to get a drink as well as purchase some coffee when you visit!

Amazing coffee and an amazing host. Mattias is quite the educator and a wonderful conversationalist. I went in knowing very little about coffee and coffee production and walked away with a wealth of knowledge (and some high quality coffee, of course). If you find yourself in the area, I’d recommend stopping by for a cortado and the tour—can’t go wrong!

Mattias is very engaging and really knowledgeable. He took time to showed us the nuances between different coffee beans and how to roast them as well. I live in NYC and have since ordered more bags to ship here.

I set up a tour with Mattias using FB messenger. He really knows his stuff! I learned more about coffee than I thought possible. I ended up going back twice more during my stay, just to have a cup of coffee or two and chat. I highly recommend Down to Earth! Thank you for the good time!
