I don't ever write reviews and I just had to for this one - thought I had a bunch of problems and needed a new hardrive, but they fixed everything needed in under an hour and I never even had to leave my computer there. Carlos did it all in front of me and my computer is running better than ever. He also speaks English. Highly recommend!

I'm a foreign student studying here in Costa Rica and this week I had problems with my laptop. I visited a repair shop in Cuidad Colon where I live on Monday, they kept my laptop for 2 days and later called me to come pay $20 for them to check what's wrong with it. I collected my laptop and decided to check on Google and I found PC personal, so I took my chances with them. Carlos who owns the shop was honest, passionate, friendly, professional and he also spoke good English which helped me. He help me out the same day and I've been happy with my laptop ever since. I will a 100% recommend Carlos to anyone with laptop issues.

Excellent Service. As I travel 2 hours to get there I stayed and waited for the repair. In the time I was there every customer went away happy. I heartily recommend Carlos and his assistant Brandon. Thank you guys!

Carlos is a dream! He speaks perfect English, which was helpful to me as a visitor to the city, and he makes you feel heard. Carlos is in the business of helping people. My day started out terribly after my computer crashed and he quickly was able to get it back up and running, and made me laugh and smile in the process. I walked out so happy. Carlos' attention to detail is why I can't recommend this place enough, he cleaned up my screen and my wires so the whole thing felt like new! He runs a good and honest shop with good prices.
