Pretty bad. I Ordered online to pay/pick up on store since they don't take Amex on e-commerce, only on store. When I arrived my order was nowhere to be found. A sales rep told that the e-commerce uses the inventory of all stores even thought it is handle by the San Jose office. At the end they had to upgrade my product at no charge but I wasted about an hour. Also the computer the chashier uses failed and they have no back up system (even thought it is required by law) so I had to wait until they got it up and running again.
