Worse possible service. In the trip to Nicaragua the staff forgot about our bus stop in Granada so they didn't even travel through Granada and we had to do an additional trip from Masaya to Granada. Coming back to Costa Rica the bus was 1 hour late from the time in the ticket. Making things worse in the end of the trip they failed to properly label all packaging, delaying all the passengers in getting their luggage... it was so comically bad that it almost seems on purpose. Only use it you have no other option due to schedules.

Terrible service from the staff that learns cashiers, especially the cashiers, it is achieved that they have not had an apprenticeship in customer service, nor that one came to ask for the service for free, they should give thanks that they have a job at the cost of the people who travel.
