Smileland - the center of aesthetic dentistry

Hello, this is my first review I am writing. I would like to commend Dr. Horka very much. I must say that I had a panic attack from the dentists after previous experience. But that changed after the visit of the doctor, who is really Mudr in her place. The injection is given so gently that you don't even know about it, and I'm not talking about other procedures. The doctor has a very kind approach to the patient. She is empathetic and still asks if everything is fine and nothing hurts. I will also mention the good mood that always prevails in the surgery. I also praise Verunka, the doctor's sister, with whom she forms a great team. Visits to the dentist have not been stressful for me since I visited this doctor.

Good day, my friend and I have an incredibly bad experience with Smileland. I don't know if these great reviews were written by themselves or by their acquaintances ... but with us the experience was very negative. Just 9 hundred for the entrance examination is terrible, but I thought I was investing in dental care. The young lady at the front desk, whom I had seen three times in total, looked as if she were bothering her - no smile, nothing. I went to see Dr. Hot, which was fine. Until she repeatedly forced me to go for teeth whitening ... I said repeatedly that I didn't want to, and so only after several strong rejections did she stop insisting. She ordered me for dental hygiene, which I did not go to after I found out that the dentist HAS A LEGISLATIVE OBLIGATION TO perform tartar cleaning at the annual examination, which was also my case. Of course, we left Smileland after my friend's entrance examination. The visit to Dr. Horká was catastrophic - not only did the nurse totally misrepresent his name (his friend is Czech with a normal Czech name), but he laughed with the doctor like teenagers, which I found very unprofessional and inappropriate. Dr. She forced her to go for dental hygiene and whitening, and when her boyfriend said no, she angrily commanded him that if she wanted to be treated, she HAVE to listen and undergo everything she suggested. No thanks, never again! Smileland definitely didn't conjure a smile on my face ... it's a money launderer, and I was just waiting for them to pay to breathe their air or use a chair ... Don't go there.

I came to Dr. Markéta (from my former dentist, thank God) with a face like a balloon, fear down to the ground, great inflammation and a very careless crown. Thanks to her care and direct sister, I leave the beautiful office with a smile and gratitude, surprised that it is all possible to do everything sensitively, gently and especially professionally :)

Modern center and nice staff. They also have dental hygiene.

So far, the only dentist I look forward to. :-)
