However, this did not happen and the master did not know on Tuesday if and when they would deliver at all. So I'm going to visit another store ... In this store, customers definitely don't open their doors, and if they didn't run the parcel (or courier) there, it might not even pay to continue operating the store.

I bought knives that said Dishwasher Safe, after 14 days the handle began to peel. I complained about the goods, I sent them back by post. No one from the e-shop contacted me that they received the goods, I had to ask if they had the goods. I asked for information about the status of the complaint = communication none, zero. Knives without a single communication were sent back, REJECTED that I did not use the knives according to the instructions ... ideally not to use them at all, right ?? I wrote to them again! A week away and no reaction! NEVER MORE!!!

The Lord is reluctant and unpleasant, he has nothing in stock. I wanted to buy a screwdriver and I was annoyed to order it online. I visited this store twice and each time I encountered an equally reluctant approach. I will definitely not come again.

I was shopping multiple times and shopping was fine, but the experience with the complaint convinced me that this was not a fair trader. In the basin, where they declared the possibility of washing in the dishwasher, after a few washes began to "dissolve" the bottom. According to the trader, it's okay, because washing in the dishwasher I accepted a reduction in service life.
