Absolutely awful experience with personal pickup. The exact date of the pickup was communicated in advance, and the email was told that there was no problem that the goods were still coming. When they arrived at that date they were just starting to watch what we wanted and it was told that the children's cushions we were selling with the print were sold to someone else and let us choose something else. And no word of apology. EDIT: email with infem about pick up came 10.12. at noon; 11.12. send a request for pickup 17.12., a report came that there is no problem, because the goods come in 4-6 days; 17.12. she was a woman in the shop, the goods were supposedly sold long ago.
