I really don't know where to complain anymore, because I'll call anyone, not just from this post office, so they don't care at all 😀 Valuable writing, which they allegedly delivered to the address, was cast somewhere in the interspace for more than a week, at least that's what they claimed at the post office in Husovice, which was written on pieces of paper as a place to pick it up ... I was here and there 3 times, each time the same scenario, first the lady behind the counter tried to find what she had to give me by number or name, unsuccessfully, then she asked when came (every time, even though it's written on that paper), then she tried to send me home to try it tomorrow, after I told her it was in a hurry, she looked at some tracking of shipments and read there that it was on the main post office in the center and now it's on its way to my post office ... Well, if she told me once, twice, I say ok, then maybe the day went somewhere, I'll wait until Friday, maybe in a week they should be able to handle it ... The same on Friday, so I already asked for the number of the famous depot from which they allegedly take it ... Numbers they preferred two, no one took the first one, on the second I learned that the consignment has been at the main post office for a week 😂 so I ask how it is possible, when the paper in the box says that it will be at the post office in Husovice and the lady there has been saying for a week that it is on its way ..? I don't have an answer to that anymore ... So I hope that I will come to the main post office tonight and they will tell me that it is not there ... I would not be surprised ... I hope that my storka at least amused someone when nothing ... well, then it was at the main post office, but unfortunately after 20:00 there is only the receipt of shipments and no delivery, so I went on Saturday: D, so maybe it would be nice if it was written at the opening hours on Google;) but it is already there is another problem with other mail ... I'm not saying that sometimes something can't go wrong, but not everything should always go wrong ... And if I can advise you, try the Mailroom, I've never had a problem there, it's easier, faster and they have so many dispensing points that you probably will closer than to the post 😉

A post where they have a bigger mess than any other. If I forget that there are no notifications of the consignment left in the mailbox (either a person must be aware of or know that a consignment should be milking him) so that he knows that he has something in his post, it happens that he receives a notice of registered letter months after what's not in the post! At the branch, if a person tries to complain about something, it turns out to be a call to darkness. The Czech Post is the first state-subsidized institution that I would abolish.

A typical office, slow people behind the counter, unreliable services, or a change of address and a new branch with better space for clients did not solve anything. If there is a notice of shipment to the home address, it is more of a miracle than a rule. It is necessary to request re-delivery several times and even so it is not a guarantee that they will deliver the shipment.

The Czech Post is in operation only because it is state-owned. If a private company worked like this, it would be over. Letters deliver as they want, anything bigger than a letter - for example, "Package in hand" will end up at the post office and don't even bother to notify me .. They won't catch me at home even though I at home, then we find out by detective work where the letter actually ended up - at the post office, however, they have no idea where it is. Just mess on the nth. The specialty of the Brno 14 post office is the absence of an electronic queue and this causes confusion in the queue, which is common only out ...

They do not deliver packages or work hard, they first announce that they will specify the delivery date, but then you are unlucky. The package is waiting for you at the post office. Bravo.
