Fantastic family surgery. Fials are all very nice people and professionals. We like to go there with our animals, they always help and advise us. They also took perfect care of our injured cat, who unfortunately eventually succumbed to her extensive injuries after a week despite all their care. It was a very sad experience, but the Fials did everything in their power. We didn't get mad. They are great.

At this clinic they operated my 11-year-old dog without asking whether we wanted to do this and that in the summer at 35 degrees and it was a procedure that, according to the opinion of other veterinarians, was not necessary to carry out at all. The dog limped and we were beaten to make the X-ray of the hip. I begged it to happen on Saturday because I could only come to the weekend but it was not, but I was told that only one of them was brought in and taken away that no further care was needed. That's why I asked the brother who did so. But the X-rays decided to operate - pulling him out of the airbag that had been in his leg for years that we did not know, nobody called for a contact number and did not consult with me or my brother. The family called me to come back from Prague quickly and to take care of my wound on my leg, the boy took stitches and bloody until then. The next day I personally went to a consultation about what to do with an open wound to clean - the dog was in a mad state, stressed, afraid to get up and still lament. On which I was told by the clinic owner that the part of the surgery was led by the main artery and the nerve of the thigh, and if the dog does not take control, these two things can fail and the boy may never go. I insisted that, in a state where she is, I did not intercept it for 25 km in Brno, so I decided to wait for an hour to wait for the doctor to take care of the operation. When I returned to the surgery, instead of Mrs. Doctor, my mother was served by me - also a veterinarian. From the very beginning she spoke to me in a scornful way, which did not correspond with the situation, it was not even a poppy willing to advise me, to the question which muscle was affected by the procedure, I was wondering which of which - probably about the four-headed main thigh muscle how can I even afford to decide on my dog's operations that is in their way, further questioned my working situation and that I was at home only on weekends - it was not her concern at all, the behavior was extremely unprofessional and very aggressive and offensive. After that, I asked for a couple of hours to speak to the doctor about what she had done - she told me that the information from the owner and the doctor had not been given truthfully or correctly. She was the only one who finally explained to me what parts and depths she was affected (quite different from what my mother told me) and I learned how to approach it early. Recognizing that they made decisions about what absolutely did not belong to them, I did not get it, just like a recipe for antibiotics for a dog. This clinic does not do what is best for a dog but for her pocket, and that is what I noticed especially when my mummy offered me a complete hospitalization of a dog in a situation where they performed an operation that was not necessary without my knowledge and my dog ​​with the whole family they suffered a lot of slander and torment. I would never go back any more, but I want to acknowledge that Dr. Lucie was behaving right and I would not like to be nefer. The rest of my experience is, however, one of the least pleasant days of my life and no one behaves as badly as your clinic for a long time.
