I haven't met such arrogance for a long time. I needed a small plumbing repair. So I called into this "company." The arrangement was quick - I called on Wednesday and arranged a date for the second day - Thursday "after lunch". So I took a break from work and waited. At half past two in the afternoon it seemed to me that it was already "after lunch", so I called when I could expect their arrival. Without any explanation, I was told that they would arrive on Friday morning. I swallowed and waited again the next morning. When no one came again, I called to see if the appointment was true. Again I was told that they would arrive on Monday afternoon. I drew attention to the fact that we had two dates in which I waited in vain and that the negotiations, when they did not even try to speak and arrange the transfer of the term (let alone at least suggest an apology), seems to me to be completely incorrect. However, I received an answer that shocked me: "If you don't like it, find someone else". So if I can recommend you, find another craftsman - not really here.
