Be careful when using them to send money abroad. They barely know they own job. Edit from 08/12/2020: Had to go there to pick up a package (because they are incapable of ringing the door bell, they always let a note to pick up the parcel in the store); and send two letters abroad. Took the operator 20 minutes to figure it out how to stamp a letter that would go out of CZ !!!

Well, I don't know what to think about it. Open one counter in front of me, a pensioner who is going to settle for 3 months forfeited pension. They don't even have basic equipment like boxes. I really don't understand them. The leader is about as nice as she is pretty, but the other girls are also quite nice.

I do not recommend! The worst mail I've ever experienced. Calling there is a superhuman task, endless queues, usually one counter and the rest of the ladies explain about working hours how it must be there by half past eight, even if it is open until 6 and so on. I'd rather not even talk about the delivery of the package, even if you're at home, I won't deliver anything to you anyway, even if the man arrives at the apartment with a half-empty delivery. GOLDEN SHIPPING ROOM !!

Always no problem, sometimes a little more people, but the wait was never longer than 10 minutes. The lady behind the counters pleasant.
