I got it from my girlfriend for my birthday according to the company label "birthday cake from popcakes I love you". First impression - wow! beauty .... but that was all :( The cake cost 1100 CZK !! and it was NOT a CAKE! It was a body made of polystyrene and a few beautiful balls stuck on it. I was looking forward to it being chocolate pralines, but inside it was only dry dark sponge cake, icing made of poor quality chocolate, a big disappointment and for this price I would almost say that it is a deliberate deception of the consumer .....

Absolute unwillingness in the shortest possible delay in delivery. From the arrogant lady / lady, I was just briefed by austere information and a note that for the price of 200 crowns for transport simply put no more. With this company never more and it is presented as a professional company.

I received a beautiful 16 roses in a box from a friend, but in less than 3 days they all rotted gradually and within a week I had to throw it all away ... I was sorry and it didn't match the price at all.

I got strawberries in the glaze, I understand that strawberries were not sweet at all when they are February, but they could have been ripe, because they were as hard as an apple and a card with a dedication + advertisement (I don't understand why put it on one piece of paper) was cut in half. Serious disappointment.

Ordered 2.5. to 4.5. with pickup at 14:00. Noon 4.5. they called in to apologize, but the cake won't. In fact, professionals and thanks to them I will look like an asshole at my daughter's birthday party. Thank you very much, never again.
